Cruise passengers traveling with Norwegian, Royal Caribbean, and Carnival Cruise Lines, which make up the majority of our cruise visitors, will also receive an approved travel authorization based on their vaccination certificates. Their negative test results will be checked at the pier when boarding the ship, and they do not need to upload it prior. In terms of prioritization, travel authorizations for air arrivals are processed based on their arrival date, while travel authorizations for sea arrivals are processed based on their departure date.
